ive setup a server,but it says it is not on the master server when i try to connect. can anyone help.
a few points to clear things.

1. i know bout networking
2. i have setup the router as in the lfs manual as mine id the same
3. the host and game trying to connect is on the same pc
4. it is unblocked
5. i used the dedi setup tool
6.i can connect through lfs world and lfs join

i also have the problem that even when i just am running the server all new guests time out instantly

I joined your game with no problems

How does it work that you connect through lfsworld and lfsjoin?
What's the host called so we can try connect?
Have you forwared all ports correctly?

i did setup a sever through the game and set it to dedicated server and it worked, i thing i will try the standard dedi host not v9 and as for join2lfs and lfsw you click on join next to the server in the server list and if you have installed join2lfs it will connect and all ports are sorted etc, the server is not running as i am setting up a team and it will be part of that,hosted on 500 servers
