you don't get any of these. what you are looking for is in another game, called Need For Speed...I guess.

you can get a police car skin nevertheless (search the Skins forum section), but it won't make any siren sounds fortunately

no im not looking for need for speed. im looking 4 a police skin and siren and details on how to get it to work. ive looked everwhere for hous without luck. how hard can this be?

Not hard at all, Just use the search function in future. I just typed in siren and there it was. Took all of 2 seconds.
