How do i get replays, or record them?

Press 2 to save a multiplayer replay, and I think it's 1 for a single player replay.

Click "View Replays" from the LFS main menu.

Kl, Is there a way to view them in Windows Media Player or something similar?

only if you record them in something like Fraps, otherwise, no
