My God man, of course not.
It was his intelligence - isn't it obvious? It was back before either of us started posting here, and I lived in Nanaimo. This is why our ratio of crap posts to useful posts is so different.
Buy S2 only to find the servers are equally as bad (or worse, 20+ car grid!?) as demo?
The content sounds great and all (can't say no to a _proper_ racing varient of my favorite demo cars!), but with 20+ cars on track at once (I hear,) the T1 pile-up possiblities get worse because it's VERY simple:
more cars = less room = more possible aggressive drivers = greater possiblity of a T1 pileup.
And through that little theory, I'd find that to get good racing I'd have to join a league!
And I have no time for that!
No, that theory is wrong.
There is generally a much better standard of driving in S2. I'm not saying T1 stupidity doesn't happen, but it's far better than on demo servers.
A huge amount of S2 drivers (and server admins)take their racing seriously and just wont tolerate idiot drivers who are usually banned from servers pretty swiftly if they are causing T1(or anywhere else for that matter) mayhem.
I'm not saying T1 accidents don't happen, but on the right servers with the right racers (and there's plenty of 'em ) it doesn't matter if there's 30+ cars on the grid.
There is a huge amount of good racing to be had without having to join a league, and far fewer idiots than on the demo servers.
