if i were you id start to get worried ... lipos generally dont like over or underloading them much

laptop batteries are generally lithium ion or lithium polymer (lipo) batteries which have a habbit of ... getting nasty if you overcharge or undercharge them

I have totally ruined my first piece of battery because I always have AC plugged on at home while using and I leave the battery attached, after a year or so the battery alone wouldn't last 10 minutes.
