20UTC Friday is 3 or 2pm EST, which would rule out any NA people who have a regular 9-5 job.

If we only have these two options Cyber would prefer 20 UTC even that hour is very difficult for us to race, but 21 UTC is impossible

We have discussed the time a little. Both 20 and 21 UTC is just to late, 20 utc means 22 cest and we are talking about event starting.
Hard to get ppl to run that late, at least on a sober level ...
