Hi Gang !!!!!! - how do I upload hotlaps to the server ???

ok - i see that some laps are there already - does it do it automatically ???

I cant see a hot lap from an hour ago - whats the story ??

-Start LFS
-Click on Hotlapping
-Do a complete and VALID hotlap (no cutting, dirt, wall rides, etc (will tell you if it is valid or not))
-Save the hotlap (will save to a file with your LFS Username and the car/track/time)
-Then goto www.lfsworld.net and browse to the Hotlap Charts, you can upload there....

If your lap is not valid, you cannot upload it. Complete a clean lap, and that will be your hotlap. (Will say invalid in upper right while lapping)

Press 1 for auto-naming save (recommended way).
Press 2 to save it with your own filename

As Tweak says, only laps successfully done in hotlapping mode are valid. I reckon you must have done some laps online, which is why you have seen a record of them at lfs-world (in your online racer stats section). LFS automatically records the number of laps you have done, and your best time at each track in each car, but this is just a personal record of your online laptimes really.

Online laps are not accepted as hotlaps, and so are not shown on the WR charts etc.

In hotlapping mode, just hit "1" after you've done your best time to automatically save the replay with an easily recognisable name.
