It seems that since the forum upgrade, the number views for each topic has not been counted correctly. The number of views appear to be increasing each time someone posts, including the OP, but not increasing upon actual thread views.

As you can see in the attachment, in all the new threads the number of views equals the number of replies + 1.

Ok, I always thought there was some delay to it. I'll have another look a little later and post an update, although some threads, such as Master server moved again (and websites too now), are over 12 hours old and still have very wrong view counts.

i switched it to 'immediately' and made that test post and did several views - nothing was updated.
I'm now doing a global thread refresh to see if that works at all.

though i'll test a bit more to see why the interval'd updater didn't seem to work.
It's basically a 'cron' job that should do it every hour.

hmm weird, it doesn't seem to do any of the hourly automated background tasks. Need to investigate more.

aaaand there we go, including fixing the real thread view-count
