I know its /ban
but i dont know how to get there usernames. so i cannot ban them, how do i do it, please help me, there is havok in there, how do i get there login names?

/ban playername 0-999

Press CTRL+SHIFT with the connections list open.
That way you"ll see their logins instead of their nicknames.

Right mouse button click on the name and it will open up a chat with the nickname already written.
