help remove that play bit thing [wheel problem]
hi, i got a new wheel just now, and on LFS, and no other game, there is obviously a little bit of play in my wheel, ive calibrated my wheel on control panel on my computer, and its still there, can someone help me?

ive also move my wheel a little bit, its a 240 turning wheel, but i turn a little bit and it detects it on full, ive tried it on all modes and stuff.#

So i was asking if someone can help me please?

its just TOO sensitive

While sitting on the track in LFS, try turning the wheel fully in both directions (ignore what the LFS hands are doing for a moment) and see then if LFS behaves a bit better... I have this occasionally with my DFP. I'm not a hardware bod though so no idea why.. just that turning the wheel fully in both directions fixes the calibration for me.

Ian
Set the wheel turn compensation to 1.00 and do a Full left/full right every time you go out of garage...
but there is still play in my wheel, and its detecting that, i dont want it to

What do you mean "play" - what wheel do you have?
What play?? The wheel is jerking violently left right in small degrees? As i said, wheel turn compensation to 1.00 and do a full left/full right rotations a couple of times, this have to solve that..
i have a logitech formula vibration feedback wheel. Its like you know a wheel when you let go wont always centre in the same place, thats what it is

Erm, turn completely from left to right - does it do this in Control Panel?
yes
harjun, have you been thinking before making the thread in the general section that we have technical assistance section for example or hardware section.

You need to re-calibrate the wheel. The cheap one loose the calibration usually pretty quickly.
oh ok its working good now, but how do i do seperate axis?

Have you installed the Logitech profiler?

If you have open it click on global device settings and untick 'report combined pedals'.
