German Engineering... It's Driving trains in Germany dude. If you'd quit sniffing petrol and get off the autobahn, maybe you'd learn that, huh?
Geesh...
Actually der butz, "German engineering" is a sales buzz word used in the US to sell cars when things like fuel economy listings, safety factors and even sex fail to do so.
Speaking of "german engineering", I bought my wife a 95 BMW last week.
It's a pretty good car. Y'all think there are many Germans here that know how to work on beemers I can bother for advice when it comes time to fix this thing? LOL maybe get parts for me from over there and ship here? as parts here for them are outrageously expensive.
I have the misfortune to have my place of work less than 50 metres from a BMW plant (it is literally just on the other side of the road!) where they build BMW's and try to con people into buying them by calling them Mini's...and parts HERE are outrageously expensive too!
like the s class ? a car that exceeds its gross vehicle weight rating if you fill it up with gas ... thats german engineering right there
obviously those were the engineers who later worked at toll collect
