I want to know if it's possible to do something like that with inSim or need some help from the dev So i'm not sure it's belong in the improvement or not, anyway...

I want to do somekind of tournament using only 2 computers in lan. I want to do a "super special stage" like autocross layout and allow XX number of player to join in. At the beginning of the event, we enter the name of all the players and the game "call" the 2 first to sit down. When the race ends, the winner goes to the next round till we have a champion at the end.

What do you guys think ? Will it be possible ??

Hmmm... Well I doubt that it will be a feature in the future of LFS. It is too special. LFS is still a Racing Simulation which is done for many people and i doubt that there are 10% wanting something like that.

About the inSim thing I cannot say much, but it would be surprising for me, if it's impossible.
I have often done something like you are planning. But I just took the old analog methode of planning a tournament. I took a pice of paper, drew a tournament tree (or put 4 friends into one group). Now everyone grab into a box. There are ping pong balls in with numbers on them. The tree have numbers, too. So the guy who grabbed the number one will face the one who grabbed number two.
A tournament track we used the one in the attachment (for Blackwood Car Park)

I seriously think it would be great to have this system in lfs. It could also be useful for some drag racing competition too.

But, if there is no way to do it directly with lfs, we'll just have to do it the good old way
