Ok. But it's really good question WHY the hi-res skies aren't in the game... they are practically half-official already because DoN and Kidcodea are (well, Kid was :razz close to the dev team.

Another thing, wouldn't this ruin the LFSW expirience ? I mean, for every single car there needs to be a new line added to show the hotlaps en PB's online, I don't want to scroll for 2 days to find my new PB in my car on a specific track.

Seriously, I can only download 12gb's a month, I don't want it to waste away because everytime I join a server a new carset must be downloaded.

Do you think a group like that will certify 10 tracks pr month ? My guess is that we maybe will see 5 tracks pr month in the first few months... And of course just one version pr real track will exists.... not 2 or 3 Monacos... We are talking about just letting really good quality tracks pass certification...

And I did ask why user would even get to join server, certainly more logical solution would be that joining to server is stopped by dialog telling server has version xyz of track abc and user has no such track, would you like to download? then user clicks yes and software handles downloading with load balancing before user can join, I'm pretty sure this has been covered before already...

For internet the country sucks indeed

Stable line, 10MB/s but when I download 12 gig a month, I get warped onto 64kb/s. And we pay 40 euro's for that.

Offcourse you can buy packs of 1 gig for 1 Euro

Monthly bandwidth limits are completely unknown term here...

I think thats just dump, that you only are allowed to download a certain amount each month. I mean, you probally paying something for beeing allowed to use it, but there should be no limit on how much you can download, only the download speed.

Here in Norway Telenor had the same thing some years ago, but then Tele2 came, with no limits, and telenor lost like..50-75% of their internett custommers, so they changed it to be able to keep up with the marked.
Dead and flame over download limit GB each month!

Recently saw some more movies about cars added to Live For Speed, as far as I remember there has almost been 5 cars added to the game now, they have not been released or anything, and I belive everyone is from S1, but it shows that it is possible, the problem is the rules on the forum and the DEV`s :/
Damn... would wished for a S1 car mod, only for offline use of course, would be great fun
