i really loathe hearing my own voice in recorded playback. I'm in denial too, my voice is much nicer than the machine makes it out to be.

Anyway, I've got only the slightest southern American accent (most don't believe i'm from the south), a voice that's generally monotone and deep, making me come off as a bit of a fool. I sometimes speak too quickly, making me come across as overly-excitable. Regardless, I'm an engineer, so my voice is not my breadmaker.
I have my English, my Dutch and my German voice . The English one sounds much deeper, more like an opera singer, my Dutch sounds normal. The German one sounds like that singer, Falco, when he speaks to the little girl in the song 'Jeanny'.

I'm strange
I have a couple of voices my English my Dutch my german and the voice and the voice in Japanese clas next semester is going to sound a bit like Shikamaru from naruto sas my future teacher

My German voice acording to my teacher sounds like Arnold Schwarzenegger
My english Sounds a lil britich
Dude, your voice sounds like an opera singer.

edit: This only makes sense to what he posted before he edited his post.

OT: just delete comic sans from your fonts folder, you'll never see it again
I have a slightly deep to tenor voice, with a Midwestern accent (no accent), with a bit of a yooper* twang. Cant help it if you are from Wisconsin, like me.

*The term "yooper" is what some call people who live in the Michigan Peninsula, aka Upper Peninsula, aka a "U-per". The accent is a blend of Canadian and Scandinavian, kind of like how people in the movie "Fargo" talked like, that "yaaah hey der, dont cha know hey" accent.
WTH is a "Canadian" accent?
Take out 60% of sylables in most words, and remove pauses, and you got a Canadian accent.
in steroypical form they just eh? after all the sentences but IRL idk
I have no idea what the hell you just tryed to say there.
He said that there exists a stereotype that all Canadians say "eh" after every sentence.

But he doesnt know if this is the truth.

Difference is...everyone is the cinema I watched it in knew what he said before it got translated.

Mine is rather croaky as far as I can tell and a tad too high pitched for my liking (for some reason it seems to be deeper when I speak english, though). The positive side effect is that I don't have to raise it in order to be heard through cackle. That's what I'm told at least.

This is a strange thread, tbh.

Thanks dude

And yes, this is strange ... and it's the first thread of this kind I've ever seen. Whaddya know - an actual first at the LFS forum

Hahahaha.

I forgot how good Nick Frost is in that film, he totally steals every scene. Ooh, ooh, apart from scenes with Timothy Dalton in, which I was really surprised about. I've never seen Timothy Dalton actually be a worthwhile addition to a film before.
I have a mixed scottish accent. Sort of like billy connolly, but it really depends what and how im saying things. On teamspeak i normally force myself to speak normal english, because no-one ever understands what your trying to say.

You mean, 'I shot a frozen waffle with an air rifle' has been done before? Geez, we must be flogging a dead horse...

OT, my voice is greatly disturbing to me, played back. I'm an aussie but I don't have the typical aussie accent at all. I've been told I speak like Geoffry Rush though. Many people ask where I'm from because they can't work out my accent- my girlfriend always laughs when people ask me that question when we're in Melbourne...
what a ridiculous thread lol. anyway my voice is very low, i can sing lower than any singer i know. And believe me, i know a lot of singers.
