This seems wrong data. Think with 131 wins you should have unobtanium license. I see some other weird ones, but for some reason i kept being drawn to this one

The driver in question has accrued most/all of his wins on bump & jump. Unless you are referring to his recent repatriation as a Yemenite... ?

you mean looking at the stats and clicking on a name in Single seater, you would like single seater stats only on the license........?
