I've started using this program today, after seeing it in a sig somewhere, and I'm liking it. If only I knew how to program, but currently I don't have the time to devote to learning. One day...
Anyway, I was thinking someone should make a widget for LFS. Perhaps allowing a buddy list, a favourite servers list (and clicking on a username/server name allows you to see the stats of the driver/server, or join that driver/server), a way to see the WR or top 5 hotlaps of a given track, a collection of links that can be updated as and when (LFS.net, Forum, Inferno Setups, etc etc) Also, perhaps integrating the useful programs, like FuelControl Online, Join2LFS (i.e. running programs on LFS load), a clever way to see if your version of LFS is the latest, and other cool things that programmers are more likely to think of than me.
What do people think? Is anyone up for such a cool widget (cool for LFS peeps anyway!). I have absolutely NO idea how hard it is to make widgets, nor how hard it is to make the above functionality...
Obviously some of the above would require the permission of the original maker, unless each solution is worked out from scratch...
