That's right - I avoid them in real life but I'm looking for them online. Some time ago I had come across a british site that was essentially a database of potholes and other such with photographs and directions, etc which was aimed - as I understood it - as a project to notify proper authorities and get the problem fixed.

Sadly, I lost the URL and I can't seem to remember how I found it to start with - I think it was via some online cycling site - does anyone know the site I'm looking for?

Our local council's website has a thing for reporting them which I imagine is something other council's sites have too. Not sure about a country-wide one though.
