I can't find a suitable background for my laptop, and after searching through interfacelift.com i found about 6 and i can't make up my mind as to which one is best - is there an app that could change my background automatically say every... 10 minutes?

Error it gives - UAC is disabled, downloaded from a different mirror and clicked the "Run As Administrator", yet it still doesn't do it.
