Ok, this was my first time making a skin, so it's not so good. Tried to do a simple Manchester City skin. :P

you have got skins, skins dds, skins x and y. you put any downloaded or made skins in skins folder. make sure that the picture format is jpeg (recomended).
Name it for example, XFG_lfspd.
Does it help? Then lunch lfs.exe and when on xfg go new colors and find lspd (or whatever you have named it.
