Bogey Jammer, I've imported some wheels and resized it to fit in the car wheel arches but it will not go inside the arch. I dunno how to get the Manipulation tools...Well I dont know what it is...Is it all that scaling and stuff? Right-Click > Spacebar right? If it is then I've tried everything to get the wheel on the car

If you or Anyone can help, it would be great!

Back to topic. Just get the wheels inside the wheel arch.. Nobody can see if the wheel touches the inside of the arch or not since it is painted black..

Click on the small picture and on the top address bar, where it says the name of the picture, remove the tn or th. Means thubnail.

For mapping the GRID cars, check main normal TGA (normal body deformations will show you body parts).
For mapping the NFSC, PS or UC cars, scale body at 66.67% horizontaly, then you'll got 100% scale for mapping, as for LFS models.

Resize images MCLARENF1 SKIN.TGA and MCLARENF1 DECALS.TGA with your favorite picture editor as someting like: v=66.67%h, or h=150%v (actually 2048X2048 => resize for exemple like h3000Xv2000). Then you can paint without rescaling your decals.

Ummm but we dont see the parts of the car. For example. Where is the hood? (VW GTi) Well I think is only testing the skin...

And U can made de VW golf of NFS undergrond?

If you want to find the hood, rename for example BADGING.TGA into SKIN.TGA, then render. You will easily understand the mapping disposition for skinning doing this.

Trying to find a model
Well, it looks like this is the place to go for help. I have downloaded Blender and have just done a little dabbling over the last couple weeks. I am in need of something that I have not found any interest in, at least in this forum. I am looking for some help with my NASCAR Car Of Tomorrow (C.O.T.) model. I have found someone who finally had one and would let me have it. The problem is the way that they gave it to me doesnt' help. The tires are placed inside the car model and the rear spoiler is the length of the car and going through it. I don't know if this is the result of importing the 3ds file into blender or what. What I am basically wondering is if anyone could fix this for me. I am a member of a NASCAR forum and wanting to help with their renders but I can't find anyone on there to help me.

Any takers?!!?
