I only have a 280 degree oven, but it's got a blower fitted, so the equivalent is really a 330 normally aspirated oven!

And I think maybe they use some sort of thermal jointing compound in an oven..but never having actually built one yet, I cant be 100% sure.

On a more serious note I haven't ever seen an oven just go smash...if you have any form of warranty you know what to do
