Im an admin at Simjunkies.org, we run several leagues with various games, we also run many game servers. Im starting a live for speed server, and my question is. How to make our server licenced? I know we might share voucher codes for members and were planning competitions.. but should i use one to use on our dedicated box?

The dedi server runs in S2 licensed mode with the .cfg entry -

// demo/s1/s2
/mode=s1

(or S2 obviously)

You don`t need a license to run the server, only to connect to it in S1/S2 mode unless I`m completely mistaken.

That is correct, a dedicated server does not need to have an actual license attached, you just choose where you want the server to be set for, demo, s1, or s2.
