Quote from Zachary Zoomy :the XR cars are the only ones I seem to be able to do a burnout in becuase of hte FR layout. has anyone ever done one in anotehr RWD?

LX CAN burnout but the lack of torque demands brake balance shifting forward, while drifting with it demands almost a 50/50 split...so..only on hot enough wheels...

RAC, did a burnout some time ago

FZ is hard to burnout but it's possible if the tires are hot enough
Quote from Migz :YEAH, got them on seperate axis, and i managed to do a little one with the XRR
but with the XRT the back wheel would spin for a few seconds then stop.

When the revs start dropping quickly push and release the clutch to get the revs back up, once the tires get overheated, you'll have no problems keeping the spin going, you might even have to change up a gear.
I don't think anyone actually answered one of his primary questions. I don't believe you can create a huge cloud of smoke (like you would if you were doing a massive burnout) although I still have my graphic settings at the default level.

Sure there's plenty of smoke but it doesn't linger for more than a second or two. Perhaps there's an option for the number of particles or how long they lifespan is. I haven't really checked.
You used to be able to, however only through an exploit.
... and smoke mod by keygetys.... but not sure if it works on Y patch

ooooooHHHH had a bit of a mess about with the Formula Sauber settings and managed to get half of a setup that will burnout.
So far it will burnout but it will move, but you can use this to its advantage and do donuts D:
Heres a replay of my donut. (I Couldve held that forever )
