I restarted the CTRA servers today, to bring new settings into effect, specifically regarding port ranges. I have moved the CTRA servers to a port range that *should* be far away from P2P traffic.

If you have observations regarding increases or decreases in lag, before 1330hrs today and since 1330hrs today (UTC), please post here.

PLEASE DO NOT post to say you haven't seen any difference. I specifically need to get an idea of any "shift".
