1. Type properly if you want people to take you seriously, this is more important if you want to start something like a league.

2. Try and have an idea of what the league is about, qualification, number of laps, pit stops, points, that kind of things. Just saying I want to start a league but that all you have is pointless, you wont get far if you don't have any ideas.

3. Is there a league already running that has what you want?
