Accelerator Stuck
In the last few days when I have been racing, if i stop for a pitstop, or spin out and go to rejoin, it is like my accelerator is stuck down, and my car does not move. I press the gas brake clutch everthig I can think of, but the car still wont move until I spec or pit.
i would say that youve stalled the engine...press i to start her up again
I wasn't even aware that it was possible to stall the engine.

...Actually I'm nearly positive that it isn't. In 1.5 years of LFS I've never stalled the engine, even after spinning in a way which would stall the engine in real life. I use auto-clutch though because I only have a two-pedal setup, so maybe that's the mitigating factor.

Patch Y included, among other things, the new 'stall-engine feature.'

What does one have to do to stall the engine?
I don't think it's possible to stall with auto-clutch.
I dont have auto-clutch on, and the engine hasn't stalled, because I press the ignition to start her up again, but nothing happens.

What car are you driving when this happens? If its the Bf1 and you have stalled it, you cant start it back up again as it has no started motor.
Practically every car, but mostly BF1 and FO8 and FBM.

It still quite possible while starting moving. I noticed that if you floor the gas and then release it quickly and smash the brakes it will stall even with AC

@Fazza: Hey, man Well, LFS automatically switches engine after about 30 sec of being idle excluding the car out of physics calulations. Are your pit stops that long?
