If your using Visual Studio(C#, VB etc etc) then goto the toolbox, Click Choose items, Then COM, The right at the bottom click the windows media player then ok. Once you have done that, drag it from the toolbox to a winform, and then play
By doing that you will see what you can do etc etc...
Ahh, so you're doing it the similar VB way (I've only done VB6 BTW), that I was talking about. The iTunes way is quite possibly tons more powerful however, just looking through the COM objects, you can practically manipulate the entire program with an application rather than the actual program.
Yep, The main reason i did that with WMP is to make it kinda like a 'lite' version of windows media player. With Itunes it seems i can only control it, but i will still do it as people would still want to be able to do stuff "in game".
Just so you know iTunes one is working very well. It seems to have a lot more options then windows media player, but it will work is the main point. While im working on it now, is there anything people want specially included? and ill try get it done. but tell me now please!
Or it could be that the port in general is in use. Anyway thats something i need to add to the next version - The ability to select which port to connect to. I think ill couple that with the release of the iTunes version.
