Hi all. Im just wondering if anyone's got any info that could help me regarding C# + MsSql. I like MySql etc etc but i feel MsSql would work better with C# as its .Net based? The reason i ask is that i only seem to be able to find info on using dataset's and thats not what i want tbh. I want to make a console app which makes that pretty much useless. Cheers

Just make really really absolutely sure you're always closing the connections again, either by writing appropriate base classes that handle this or by using "try/catch" or "using" blocks where needed. Connection leaks are not nice.

Yea i know about leaving connections open dont worry about that

Does that work with Sql Compact too?
