No, the tweak will be released for Patch Y but on the same time Patch Z will be released. This happend a while ago. We had Patch X but no tweak. Most of us used patch V tweak instead of waiting.

i think i saw him saying he wasnt going to relese it untill the next patch, but unless that is soon i will be a sad panda

I saw a vid on youtube of a tweaked UFR... I thought you couldnt tweak them??
