Personally - God, someone please just put a sock in the mouth of the damn girl. My question is, where is the parrents? Don`t they see that they have failed when they get a kid like that? I would be depressed if I got a child that acted this way, and I would made it very clear to her that actions like this is not tolerated. God, I seriously gets angry when I see these ...kids, beliving they know it all and have all the rights in the world.

I have only watched the first 1:15 seconds and would already feel depressed if I had to call either of them a child of mine... Literally. And I am sure there is much more to the video, its just I am at work and need to get things done - well, kinda : )

Yeah I know what you mean though, abusing their rights, proper punishemnt cant be handed out to children anymore, otherwise they'll take you to court for abuse.

But we have to remember that theyre not all the same, you get a minority that act like this.

Plus its all very easy to complain about the behavoir of youths, but this is the result of poor parenting, advertising manipulation etc.

But in this case I can only agree, this person and their parents need to be sorted out.

Anyways idk whos fault it is both of them are reacting a little more then they should be but thats quite expected from a kid so, the bus driver could have chilled a bit, however thats my opinion from the first minute since I haven't watched the entire thing. Might when I get home tho...

What I noticed too : Shouldn't that bus driver drive the bus, instead of talking to that kid?

Well I agree, but the bus driver is only a human. The little nazi-kid is yelling and pushing the bus driver, and personally, in a situation like that, I would grab the girl with full power in her arms and made it VERY clear that in America it isn`t actually allowed to let kids go off the buss if it isn`t a bus stop there.

Parents can only do so much, and around friends kids behave totally different. Not making excuses for her parents since I know I wouldn't have dared done anything like that. Though its more cause of my laid back personality more than parents raising me - I believe I could be wrong. Spoilt child. Wouldn't surprise me if she's an only child too.

Only watch 5 minutes of it, and pretty much after she mentioned the camera, she played up to it, staring at it constantly.

Kids need proper discipline these days. The cane wasn't around in my day but, bring the fúcker back for kids like that please.

But, still, it`s your respnsibility as a parrent to know how your kid is acting when he/she is with friends. Of course, you canot know everything, but an utterly stupid attention - whore attitute like that should be striked hard upon, and they should be aware of that atituted like that gets you nowhere. If the one commenter was telling the truth about the law that a bus driver may not let kids off except on their designated stop, the driver should have just ignored the drama queen.

However the drama queen went ballistic and her knowing she's untouchable, so she keeps pushing the driver.

The driver handles it badly and the whole things snowballs and end result was probably the driver getting fired, the drama queen suing the school/city/driver/state (or blackmail for sexual harassment of a minor - hot topic nowadays and would pretty much guarantee a victory in American court) and lots of more Ritalin to be prescribed once again.

Yeah, many that replies with that it`s in American law about the buss stop thingy.
It was also mentioned that the bus driver was fired and had to pay a big amount of money to the "victim" of the , what did they call it, something like assault or something.

But as people points out aswell, one of the first things the girl screams out is "I`m going to sue you".
Well, there we have it again, Americans making a laugh of themselfe. In America you can ...sue everything that isn`t exactly like you want it, and I guess it`s reflecting on the kids aswell, they belive they got all right in the world, and when they don`t, they sue the others lol..

Kids learn from their parents who learn from the media/entertainment (can't really separate those anymore) while the government and the justice system keep on allowing to tap into the sue funds. And when the court sues consist words like 'sexual', 'assault' and 'minor', no politician has the courage or career suicide mentality to step in and say that this has gone too far.

I totally agree, and I watched bits and pieces of the entire thing and ya, it gets pretty bad on all sides of everything, I do suppose craop happens. I don't know if its only the parents fault though. The kid could have had a bad day at school, though it did seem like a desperate cry for attention cause she constantly looked into the camera from what I saw.

It`s like, comon, she belive she is going to be a world star by going bus-driver rampage lol!
I know I never were smart, and never are going to be smart eighter, but for me and everyone I have known for my whole life, I never have meeted anyone that has this kind of attitutes, or these parrents that gives them what they want. oh and yeah, at end, this "poor" girl is crying, since she actually got a bitchslap, thats the best part of the movie. I bet she could win an Oscar with that act.
