If the SC was deemed to have unduly held him up, he deserves compensation...simple as

Kipsus definitely deserves some sorta compensation.

Here's the likely situation that I will do.

Reverse kab's time penalty for the rejoining.

AND credit him 90 seconds. 45 for the spin and recovery, and 45 for the time in pits. Sounds fair.

BUT, this will boost him one place above J@tko, with his time penalty.

If this was even vauguely important to anything I'd punch you in the face. But it's not, so I wont . And I agree with this.
