We'll definitely have a look into it. There are several teams recently who have wanted to join but felt that the races run too late (in CET and further east in Europe).

Well 7 GMT was perfect, it's Summer time that messes things up...

I agree, 11AM (7 GMT) worked nicely for me, finishes the race in good time for me to go to bed so I can wake up and watch the F1.
