If I where you, and I would like to have that kind of skin, I would of tried to make it myself, cause IMO there is nothing hard. You just need to find the vynil which you like, and there are plenty of them. Of course it's your choice, but this looks easy, and I don't think someone would like to waste time on this. I don't know how to make skins, but that's just me, maybe if you try you could make one like that. If you would like something harder then you should ask here in forum.

If somebody could make the flag, its will be enough good and then i will continue that skin. That is enough hard for me

See, you did it yourself, and it doesn't even look that bad. Ofcourse it's important that you like it.
