Ok, Just a little advice, Why would a person sign up if they are afriad to get cut? And if its your first event what gives you the right to choose, at random will who races. Maybe Let everyone signs up, do a qulifier and see who is best speed, not who you pick?

Sorry to be harsh, But seemed kinda cocky. Hope you the best, I have done it its hard. Make sure your ready for it! And try to get another admin to help you, hard to get cotrol by yourself.
