I get this errror when trying to start the game (0xc0000033).. Any suggestions?

I've tried to reinstall and download version Y but it doesent help.
Seems to be a problem with ntdll.dll..

Newest gfx/sound drivers?
Maybe installing .net 2.0 helps.

I found a solution, just uninstall SP3 to Xp. Not a wery good solution but it works..
Thanks for suggestions. I tried the latest downloads before uninstalling. It didn't help
