It's exactly what we say, Basically you made a 1024x1024 skin 2048x2048 just by zooming it and it still has the same quality than a 1024x1024 skin.

No, it's completely remade; logos are new, paint is new, nothing is copied from the original.

Then why are the logos so low res.

The viewer its not awesome, and it shows up skins worse than the game it self.
