More people - Bigger chance to stumble across a good driver. bad drives can allways get kicked/baned , the good ones you add to friend list and race with them later
So, in the end, more - the better.

why would i have to go into CTRA and leagues when i just started. i tough id keep on small and not so popular servers so im not in the disturbing many good drivers and i will learn and join CTRA when i know how to drive with these cars

Surely you've driven XFG/XRG and FBM quite a bit of times now? haven't you? Maybe learn the new tracks mostly but the cars in CTRA Race 1 and CTRA singleseater 1 are the same as demo . I think it's ok for you to join CTRA already just don't get in people's way and obey blue flags and you'll be fine. Use common sense, look at your mirrors to make sure you dont take out anyone, make sure you leave space for others if they're on your inside, etc.

What I did when I first got S2 for the first 2 weeks I'd get in CTRA, join the race and as soon as the green come I'd go to the closest side and jump on the grass or the other side as close to the side/pitwall and accelerate but slowly so that everyone passes me and then I'd start racing. Once I got confortable with having many fast racers around me I started to race them and stuff.

Because if you don't dive in at the deep end, it takes much longer to learn...

CTRA 1 is the place to learn. It's always full of freshly-licensed demoers.
