Well now we know why the FIA doesn't give Ferrari penalties, they have a rubbish pit system to get random penalties from.

That said Massa has to get a penalty from this.

For being released dangerously into the path of another car, possibly causing an accident, and for his team having a shit pit system meaning he took his fuel rig with him. Rosberg for being very unlucky.

Gross misrepresentation of the situation there, I think. He's the head PR man of one of the most successful F1 teams in history, if he's an idiot then he's certainly a successful one. It's easy for you to mock him sitting in your living room but clearly one of his team has just been knocked down in the middle of a race. He doesn't have time to sit about looking at monitors for replays. He's been told by a reporter that the green light was on. He can't just take that as true unless he sees it himself or gets some confirmation officially. He was (quite rightly) concerned for the safety of the team member who was knocked down. Picking fun at people is easy to do...how would you do if you had his job?

Why do Rosberg and Kubica get a SG and not a DT penalty?

Plus fuel was sprayed everywhere. Could have been VERY nasty.

Yeah, if they haven't completed the distance after 2 hours, the race is over.

But if there is no other safety car phase it should just be enough to go the whole 61 laps, I think.
