i download custom settings and I put it to setups folder but i can't see it in game. how i can use my custom settings

If you are in the garage and selected the right car, it should show up at the top right and you should be able to select it.

Make sure the set has the right three-letter-abbreviation for the car, e.g. "XFG_xxx" or "FBM_xxx".

what car were the setups for and what car are you trying to get them to work on?
