I've seen them in screen shots and other places and i searched and looked but i cant find it, is it a addon?

The white ramps you mean?

If so. Go on Blackwood. Press Shift+U to use the Autocross Track Editor, and you can add objects. You should have a menu visible, if not, press spacebar. But there are choices for what object type. And the ramps should be in there. I believe they only work in Blackwood.

You just take the single white ramp in Blackwood and put a bunch of them together for a wide ramp.
