New movie: Requiem.
A little bit of racing, a little bit of drifting.
And an overused song to go along with that. Can it get any better? :]

Vimeo, the aspect ratio looks a bit weird on vimeo, download the movie (if it's good enough for you) and watch it through VLC and it'll be fine, at least that's the deal in my case.
Youtube,
MQ-version for download.

Enjoy.

Verry good!
you already know what i said to you
I liked it, 8.5/10.

holy crap thats a lot of emoticons

Never heard the song, so not overused for me. Editing is great, but a few things that could have been better.
9/10
Honestly i like the vid,but a downside is the song,it's been used too often, and that makes it a typical video for me.
I like it. Very nice. Good work .

:slap:
Now go and watch "Requiem for a dream" ....
Thanks guys. As I said in the first post, I know the song is overused but I felt like using it too. Just because it's the same song it doesn't mean it's just like any other movie. At least not in my eyes.

Thanks for the comments. :]
Sorry, the music spoils it for me. Setting aside my dislike for the song itself, I think there is a more "technical" criticism: you played the song from beginning to end (I think), and fitted the LFS footage to it. That creates the impression that the images support the music. But for a promo movie like this, it should be the other way around: tell the story in pictures, then add fitting sounds.

Another point is that the song does not have much variation. The last 1:30 is crescendo, and that gets boring (unless you can find spectacular footage, or add lots of on-screen text). It might be a better idea to either mix the song with engine sounds from the races, or to re-use some of the quieter parts of the song.
Not bad , 6/10 , you show drift and that kill the video ,aslo the much lag in the game , to many cars jumping , that not cool
I noticed a few little subtle items, like when the XFR hits the wall just before pit, the screen goes to static, much the same as an onboard camera would in an actual car. Great touch.

7/10.
good movie man... Just the slight laggyness through the car's wheels and that made it look a bit jittery.. But good job
for my taste the video could be a bit shorter and include more cuts - which isn't easy at all, for showing scenes which are long, I know

I did like the notes you put in here and there, also I enjoyed the intro and the sudden end which, imo, fit perfectly to the song. also the vid reminded me of my lfs impressions video, which I made a year back

good job, was worth the download!
I liked it, despite the song being way overused like everyone else said it was good. 9/10
for me, adding engine sounds (ingame) would of added to the drama of the video. nice shots too, but the onboard shots should of have a FOV of 90° or lower ( 75° is perfect imo).
it could of been alot worse. i'll give it 7/10
