I think there is a football match or something running in the background. You can hear people yelling and whistling sometimes.
Thats the kind of mongo's you have in my hometown, now you know why i am like i am.
This scambait forum is the most epic read I have had in... well... THIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIS long time
Just started doing a bit of scambaiting, nothing as elaborate as the freight baits yey though, but it's still quite fun. I'm currently the legal beneficiary of ~$98.62 billion, and all 9 of the cheques are currently on their way to the Irish Garda headquarters Should make the news if I'm lucky, might even get tracked back to Nigeria.

I've also won a car, that's on it's way to the Blasket Islands off the Irish coast. The >100 population sure will be pleased with the donation of the '08 Audi A4 from Nigeria. They seem such a bunch of friendly people. The "FBI" ([email protected] :razz owes me over 3 million. I also won quite a few lotteries, none of which I've entered. This one made me laugh:

HAHAHHAHAHA ROB

You gotta tell me how to do some stuff like that
Well I just made a random Gmail spam account, and signed a bunch of Mugu raided guestbooks. Within minutes, floods of spam came in, literally 100s an hour. I just look at the titles and reply to the most pathetic ones There's some real gems out there, I'm currently filling out a loan application for a car. The trick is to delay them as much as possible, post obvious false information, attach random files, etc., and they get pissed off and then it's even funnier

The one thing that that scambait site said though is to not give out any personal information, not even a name or country. These scam guys have apparently killed before
Well done Dougie for having a go at baiting.

I spent far to much last year reading virtually every scam on that site (and listening to every audio clip . God he's a funny guy, i don't know how he keeps it together half the time with all those voices)

I never got round to having a go at baiting, so respect to you for that

I'll follow your progress with interest.

Stay safe, and make sure you've read all the stickys in the TSB forum. Have you donated? you get a lot more great advice and tools of the trade if you do. A donation of about £12 is enough.

EDIT I see it's $25 now to get access to all the stuff. Not as good a deal as it was 6 months ago unfortunately
Yeah, read all the info on TSB site, don't give out your real name, birthday, or ANY infomation. If possible, use a proxy or make sure you have a dynamic IP (most ISP's are dynamic anyway nowadays)

Stay safe, have fun, but remember, don't let your guard down, not once. If a scam bait goes on past a month or two, just drop it or you will slip.
Moose... 12£ is about = to 25$...
Woohoo, I have a death cert "certifying my deadness" and it'll be published and I'll lose my entire inheritance if I don't send [email protected] £100 by sunrise. I said I'd match him and make him a death cert. So now we're even

My main one going on at the moment is a guy trying to get me a loan application, I said I needed £10,000 for an 80's Beemer, and he said he can do it at 1% over 2 years. So that's fine, I filled out my application. I did it completely arseways, changed Marital status to read Martial status and put down black-belt, put my birthday down as the 32nd February 2001, put every money option in a different currency, etc. and he's just sent me the contract to sign. If I send it back now, I then have to send £160 to cover the bank transfer. Seems legit I think I might send him my pagefile renamed instead. Seeing how thick this guy is already, he'll probably download it (~2GB). My alias is Jack Knoff, so if that didn't trigger something, he probably will. This could drag on for a while, I think he's copping on though, his last e-mail was in /CRUISECONTROL.

I must pick up a cheapy phone tomorrow for my baiting, no way am I using my personal number. He gave me a number to call should I need help (it's a UK landline, not even premium rate. Amateur :rolleyes, I might just do that.

I'm thinking of donating to TSB alright, I love the work they do, really makes me laugh
Hide your cute accent baby.

You fail again. Give up on the net boyo.

6 months ago you were right. Welcome to the world of economic change, it's now over £15.50

Top stuff! I'm laughing already Nice alias btw, they never get them

Are you posting details of your baits at TSB? What's your username over there?
Bah, so sue me... I just know how to spend money.
Can't believe they don't pick up on these names, some of the TSB ones are even more obvious! I haven't done anything on TSB yet, my username is dougie-lampkin but I'll prolly change it because almost everything I'm registered on is dougie-lampkin, including my actual e-mail address . I'll post it here if I do

Gonna need to change mah voice too, I hear these Irish accents can be a bit heavy. Might go down the road of Microsoft Sam, I'd doubt they'd notice

E: Just got a "periodic log-in reminder" from "[email protected]", with a blatantly pathetic attempt at a phishing link. Links to jambonmedia or something, with a 7 year out of date HSBC style log-in page. Gets my seal of approval

There's a section of the TSB forums (iirc) where you can post ip's of dodgy sites (just hover over the link in the e-mail and it should show it at the bottom of your browser, thats in Firefox anyway, not sure about others. I never actually click on the links...that's asking for trouble) and they will get those sites taken down.

EDIT:- ohh yeah, it's the rather conveniently named "Phishing Scams" section
Lloyds bank reminded my i had to log in. Thing is my dad works for them. They are Lloyds TSB now and soon to be the Lloyds banking group so i think the scammer failed.
Hey! Welcome to our little home tF Keep up the good work, your site is awesome

(that is, if it's really you and not someone scamming us )
Wow, now that is cool

T'internet is a small place indeed
