I've Down-loaded Headlights skins, but don't know where to put the file???

Which car? Most of the lights files are in data/dds folder.

would they go in the dds folder aswell or do different iteams go in different folders???

all to data/dds. Backup the old files before replacing.

had problems with LFS, so had to reinstall it all, downloaded some files for dds, extracted them in dds file but dont work eg. discbrakes, lights.

Any one know whats happening???

2. on desktop in data folder.

Huh? Why do you have anything on the desktop? LFS doesn't care what's on your desktop, you of course have to put it in the <LFS>\data\dds folder.

there is two data files, one on desk top the other in LFS folder.

Maybe you just screwed up when extracting/installing LFS? LFS itself definitely does NOT put anything on the desktop.

Never mind, when i was installing LFS i saved it on desktop. i'll stared again and i will follow instructions.
