Maybe not really a bug but i found it as unsusual.

When you race with more players on grid so you can see a list of racers in the right bottom of your screen, go to options > display and you will still see that list but you will only see it in this display menu, it's not visible in other menus. Is it visible because of a "demonstration" of interface buttons?
