Could someone make a Latvian number plate for me please? I don't know how to make them etc., but I guess you convert the .dds files and then do something, but it's easier to ask. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wi ... tvian_number_plate_TX.svg , Instead of yellow, just leave white. But just change the letters to LV. It would be really nice, if someone could make it for me.

Yes, it can be done, but the white/less white thing is just LFSviewer placing the LFS S2 text on top of the plate. It won't show up in game i think...
