The conception of Clockwork Motorsports is now official



Clockwork Motorsports is a steampunk themed race team that is built on the notion of good clean fun racing. We feel that speed isn't the most important thing on the track, but good clean mature sportsmanship is.

We are now recruiting anyone who is interested in joining a team.

Our short term goal is to build an active/friendly team that has a presence in the LFS community while our long term goal is to be slightly competitive if not very competitive in leagues.

Member requirements:
*Active

On a note, while we are not exclusive to any form of racing. We are planning on focusing on tin tops (mainly TBO/GTRs)

The Non-iTCC version (just replacing the number plate) will come after I finish the TBO first

Also as a quick reminder the team tag will be two yellow asterisks in front of your name so I'll be

Clockwork Motorsports will be entering its first official event: the 2009 Kyoto 250

Hopefully I can finish off the XSCC league with a good finish at the final race and start practicing to improve my lap times on the oval.

I've made a special skin for stock car/oval events only

(PS I really liked how the old brass effect came out and I'm more pleased with the gears on this version. If you think I should start remapping this skin on other cars let me know)

Also, K250 update, I've decided to go chrome for the 250. Here's the new car

(PS, I think that titanium texture went pretty well. If you guys think I should keep on using that chrome scheme instead of brass let me know)
