You pay £24 once for the S2 license. That's it. If S3 ever comes out you will have to pay an additional price to upgrade from S2 to S3 if you want that, but S3 won't be out for years to come so until then you can happily play S2.

You have to pay the price in pounds, of course. You won't have to calculate anything if I remember correctly, just fill in your credit card details on the buy page and that's it. It should be instantaneous.

Oh, hello. A fellow Thai! Well, to get a license, you pay once and they'll give you 3 unlocks just in case you're switching computers. After you use all your unlocks, you will get "refills" every friday, but that doesn't mean you should be using the unlocks excessively.
