Well, IIRC he made himself legendary after manually removing the cooler(s) of his graphic card or something, then managing to overheat the whole shit lol.

Not sure on that tho, funny tho.

wasnt it something about overclocking?
Yup. And IIRC, gluing a fan directly onto the CPU or something too. Or not using a fan at all. Or pouring water onto the board to cool it. Something retarded like that anyway.

On-topic, a mobo is held on by a maximum of about 8 screws. They're universally placed, so in theory once the drive and power leads are out, you should be able to lift it directly from one to the other.
That's the theory anyway. In reality you might need to remove a card or two. But everything these days is designed so that you can't plug it into the wrong place, or the wrong way round.

Rule of thumb with drives - red part should point towards the power input. Simple
God lol! Someone has to find that topic, I need to see it

And sorry for going off topic <3
Quote from jimaxx :Basicly I want to get a new shiny glowy case of doom, stick some neon lights in it and have a small rave in my room

Ok, I dont want to do that, but I want to buy a new case and put all my current comptuer parts into it, my pc is basicly a budget pc with a asrock alive nsf6g or some crap like that, Im assuming its standard size.

Is it just a matter of taking all the parts ot and sticking them into the new pc?

Cheers, Jim.

It can be quite hard if you don't take account of the size of the parts you have, because it would be quite a bitter feeling if your parts couldn't fit in the case. If that happens, you always have those two choices of wanting to spend all your budget in new parts (if you have an old PC) or returning the new case and getting a more convenient one.
