Well, in most cases you can access your router/firewall configuration by typing http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.2.1 in your browser. After that it's model and make dependant. You'd need to consult your router manual.

EDIT: also 3784 is worth a shot.
