Today I opened my DFP pedal unit to clean it a bit, and to look if I can stop the brake pedal from moving on its axis. It moved only around 2-3 mm, but that enough to make it feel strange, especially when Heel&Toeing.
And I found a simple way to stop it from moving
There is just this little black plastic spacer hanging between both Potis, and it got a lot of clearence on both sides. So I took some piece of plastic from an icecream box and cut and folded it the way you see on the pics. I put it between the two potis, onto the black thingie, and now it works like a little spring and pushes them both apart, making the pedal feel firmer again.
Hope you understood
